For eligible private health fund members, this offer may be claimed as a no gap appointment where the patient’s health fund covers the eligible items included in the promotion.

For patients without eligible private health fund cover, the maximum out-of-pocket fee for the promotional appointment is $149.

The offer includes a comprehensive dental examination, scale and clean, and dental x-rays where clinically required.

Periodontal treatment, deep cleaning, debridement, fillings, extractions, emergency treatment, cosmetic treatment, specialist treatment and any treatment outside the listed promotional inclusions are not included.

If periodontal disease is diagnosed, the promotional scale and clean may not be clinically appropriate. In this case, a separate periodontal debridement or gum treatment appointment may be recommended and quoted separately.

No refund or credit is provided if a patient’s health fund rebate exceeds the promotional value or covers more than the out-of-pocket promotional amount.

If any part of the promotional appointment cannot be completed for clinical reasons, the promotional fee still applies unless the total value of services provided is less than $149.
